Welcome to CFOIC, Meira Weber. That is a good German name, Weber. I assume it is your maiden name and your married name is totally different. Your introductory letter is outstanding: personal, relevant, stimulating and helpful. Relevant also for my Jewish son in law, who talked about moving to Canada after Trump won the election. He is a democrat and was mistaken, Trump proved to be a friend of Israel. Here in the US the enemy is in the democratic party, but like your teacher I do not see them as a danger yet. Both she and I can be proven wrong on a bad day in the future. Civilized behaviour is only skin deep in humans: when the trauma gets bad enough, civility goes out the door. As happened in Germany. I wish you all success in CFOIC. Thank you for your introductory letter. With my best regards, Bart Nuboer, Hingham, Massachusetts.

Meira! Your Aliyah letter has brought me to absolute thanks and praise to the God of Israel who has brought you home! I love your love of Israel! I think you and your husband are absolutely a cute couple! Thank you for standing the ground of your ancestors! You are deeply blessed! And your being with CFOIC touches my heart that you will give us the richness of your dwelling in Israel and being a light to us in the nations! Shalom!

Welcome Meira! Your introductory letter brought great joy! You have heard the call to be one of the forerunners & you answered the call. Listen carefully as you will be used mightily to warn others. It was good to see Bart Nuboer's comment. I had the pleasure of meeting him in March 2013 on a 'From Promise to Possession' CFOIC tour led by US director Kim Troup. He too sees the possibility that what has always been 'a safe place' could easily shift. Listen closely.... God will make a way but one has to respond & be willing to answer when HE calls. Bless you for your action of obedience!

Welcome! In 1998 I visited Israel with Christ the Rock church which is in Menasha, WI. The city they adopted is Alfey Menashe. We met Sondra. (That was my second trip to Israel). My first trip was in 1997. When I got back home and was in my backyard, I was almost in tears because I wanted to be in Israel. But figured I could do more for Israel and the Jewish people here in the US. In 2000, I was to Karnei Shomron twice, in March and September. Sondra knows my dear friend Gini. I buy Israeli products, olive oil, dates, figs, date spread and syrup. God's peace to you and yours. May you be blessed beyond measure!

Dear Meira, I so relate to “being home”. It hit me like a ton of bricks my first trip to Israel: I was home...never felt that in the 5 states where I have resided. I, too, will return... I ask your question again and again: why are so many still here? Through God’s prophets, Isaiah, Ezekiel, Zechariah, Daniel, Jibg David, Jeremiah, etc., He has promised to return the dispersed of Israel. We are seeing this happening now. He has promised to bring us back from The North, The South, The East and The West. He said: “It was I who dispersed you, and it us I who will bring you (the collective you) back in the latter days!” He even said He would cause the Gentiles to help! I rejoice that you and your family have made Aliyah, a contributive part of fulfilling the prophecies and promises of our God and Great King (Psalm 47). Praises be. A blessing to all who share your joy. .

Always so good to hear people's stories. We have just hosted Sondra and a new and lovely reminder of the work and people in the land. From Australia.

Hi Meira, a beautiful depiction of your journey, especially about your ability (for such a time), to grasp the truth and hold onto it, despite the inability of others to do so. Our quick flights in from Manchester, to sip at the nectar of The Land, are not quite as easy as they used to be, but perhaps at some point myself and two colleagues might get a chance to meet you. May your passion and open ears continue to grow and move on to enthuse others.

Shalom Meira, Thank you so much for your truly beautiful testimony. It brings so much joy to my heart as for many years I have been praying words from your Tanakh about the Aliyah of G-d's chosen people and you are part of the fruit of many Christian peoples' prayers. May your life be full of blessing in the land promised to your forefathers forever.
