Meira grew up in Margate, New Jersey and made Aliyah to Israel in 2013. Since her Aliyah, Meira spent a year learning Judaic studies in a religious women’s seminary, completed her National Service in Gush Etzion, lived and worked on a kibbutz (communal agricultural community) in the north of Israel, and met and married her husband, Shlomo. Meira has always believed very strongly that Israel is the Jewish Homeland, and feels truly blessed to be able to build her life as an Orthodox Jew in Samaria today.
With her deep love of Israel and a rich background in video production, creative writing, and social media management, Meira has brought a fresh new voice to CFOIC Heartland as the Assistant Director. She now lives in Karnei Shomron with her husband, and fills her free time with writing and filmmaking.
